noribouncerelay.fun operates a cat café and adoption lounge. We provide café services (food and beverages), cat interaction experiences, and facilitate cat adoptions through our partner shelters. All cats available for adoption are rescues from local shelters.

3. Café Rules & Conduct

When visiting our lounge, you agree to:

• Treat all cats gently and with respect
• Follow staff instructions regarding cat handling
• Not bring outside animals into the café
• Supervise children under 12 at all times
• Not feed human food to the cats
• Wash or sanitize hands before and after handling cats

4. Adoption Process

Adoption is facilitated through our partner shelters and is subject to their approval processes. Submitting an adoption application does not guarantee approval. Adoption fees are non-refundable once the adoption is finalized. We reserve the right to deny adoption applications for any reason to protect the welfare of our animals.

5. Reservations & Bookings

Reservations for lounge visits can be made through our website or by phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We accommodate walk-ins based on availability. Reservation fees, if applicable, are subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, interactions with animals carry inherent risks. By visiting our lounge, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including potential scratches, bites, or allergic reactions. noribouncerelay.fun is not liable for injuries resulting from interactions with cats in our lounge.
